Introductory Price: $650

Our goal is to ensure you have a stress-free wedding day. Here’s how we make that happen:

• Welcome meeting to understand your wedding vision and specific needs
• Two pre-wedding meetings or calls to finalize the wedding day timeline and details
• 30-minute rehearsal with the wedding party (either the day before or the morning of the wedding)
• 8-hour coordination with one planner and one assistant to cover the entire event
• Timeline distribution to all vendors via email to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Point of contact for all vendors and guests throughout the day
• Vendor coordination on the day of your wedding to ensure smooth execution
• Ceremony and reception management, including directing guests and ensuring everything runs on time
• Assist with photo checklist to ensure all key moments are captured
• Organize the send-off for a memorable exit
• Emergency kit on hand for any last-minute needs (Tylenol, bobby pins, safety pins, etc.)
• Problem resolution so you can focus on enjoying your day
